I have been having testicle pain for about 3 weeks now is there anybody that can help me figure out what's going on with my body

Testicular pain should never be neglected. There are many reasons like injury, trauma, infection, torsion, etc etc. It's better that you visit a doctor who will examine you thoroughly and find out the cause of pain.
