My left leg ACL tear
In my left leg ACL teared completely before 3 years. I just want to know i can postpone it or whether i should go and do the surgery imediately

Surgery is must in case of grade3 or complete ACL tear  and till the time  you are consulting a good surgeon continue with the physiotherapy.

In complete tear surgery is needed. But till then you wear knee hinge brace which will further reduce the damage... And go for physio treatment till you go for surgery. Do not go for sports and vigourous activity as advised above. even take care while going on stairs too...
