He bumped his nose on the bed post last night which caused swelling near eyes and nose nose what do I do to as a next step

Apply ice pack. Give syrup crocin. Watch for vomiting, bleeding or change in behaviour for 24 hours. Visit hospital if any of these symptoms occur or other issues develop
