13 months baby fell from bed
Hello doctors, my baby fell from bed, I suddenly woke up to see, no baby in bed beside me. He was on the floor looking at me. His head was on a pillow. He didn't cry or anything, I picked him and made him to sleep and he's sleeping now. There is no bruise or swelling in head.. nose and ears are clean too. What should i do.. what more could i check. He's sleeping now!

Age of the baby would have helped Assuming the child is an young infant, signs like incessant cry, vomiting, loss of consistency, convulsions are red flag If child is accepting feeds well, sleeping well, you need nit worry, it might be a trivial trauma Ensure proper beddings to avoid such incident next time as it is very common when babies learn to roll over Thanks

Hi, I would like to know the age of your baby. I want to advice you, to look for symptoms of vomiting, lethargy or poor oral acceptance. Assuming your baby is small, it will be difficult to pick up other signs. If you feel any of the above, always better to consult your nearby doctor's clinic. He/she can proceed with a USG cranium (again presuming your baby is small) to rule out any internal bleed. Thank you
