Baby fell down from bed
2 days before my 1.5 year baby fall down from bed . At that time we were in hill station for vaccation.She cried alot and she vomited like saliva 3 times.
We went to hospital immediately, doctor told she is alright but they asked me to take CT scan, but there was no CT scan facilities there. So we came to home town.
Now she is active, regular in her activities and taking foods properly also.
Do I need go for CT Scan tomorrow?

If baby is active and playfull , no need of ct scan but if vomiting, seizure , loss of consciousness or lethargy occur , than need to do ct scan

If no vomit currently, 24 hour passed after fall and if active , not required.
Next Steps
If any vomitting, seizure and loss of consciousness, CT is must
