I had a sore in my nose and I picked and picked and one day a small strip of skin like fell out and I tried putting it back, I wound up cutting a piece of it off. Us that going to be harmful?

The wound would heal ..but avoid nose picking..it may lead recurrent nose bleeding..even infection.. visit an ENT specialist whenever feel any problem.
