My husband is having low spearm count
Me and my husband had been consulted doctor we  were not able to conceive from past 2 years. After consulting the doctor I was shocked to see that his counts were low. The values are as follows: Sperm count: 18 million/ml Total Sperm concentration:43.2 million Total motility 44% of which        Progressive:11%        Non progressive:33%        Non motile:56% Morphology Normal:03% Abnormal:97% Head defects: 43% Neck and midpiece defects:43% Tail defects:17% Asthenoteratozoospermia For reference I have also attached file regarding this. Lastly when we were speaking doctor was saying possibility of having baby naturally is bit difficult so it is better to go with IVF. I am so confused what to do. Is there any treatment or medicines to improve the counts. We don't want to go with IVF. Please suggest. After all this
