My hemoglobin is 20.2 and rbc 6.5
My hemoglobin is 20.2 and rbc is 6.5...and PCV is 65.1...do i need to phlebotomy..or can I take ecospirin for 1 month and then check cbc

More than phlebotomy you need a consultation with a Haematologist. You could be suffering from Polycythemia vera which may be a cancerous condition. I have never come across a person with Hb 20.2 gm%
