My friend have red patches in his mouth
He have red patches called leukoplakia and it bleeds many times and have too much pain and have loose his 2 teeths. A Dr. Of Tuba clinic said this is oral cancer so i jst want to know dat he is right or not and uf he is right so what we do for him he don't eat something cause of too much pain in his mouth and Dr. Says dat operation is only solution

Leukoplakia itself is a premalignant lesion means it can turn into cancer later.your friend should quit the abhusive habits immediately if not done.If clinical appearnce or biospy has proven it to be cancerous then he should go to a cancer hospital and get surgical removal and other reqd procedure according to tumour stage.Kindly do not neglect.
