My friend had unprotected anal sex with his two cousin(both never had sex with anyone before) in 2015 at diff months. But on 2019 he had abdominal pain and fever he went to GP he ordered few tests USG- Right para aorthic lymphnapathy Cbc- normal Cuc- normal TB- non reactive So doctors gave some antibiotics and gastric reflux tabs Then after a month he went for second USG scan and reports were no sonography abnormalities found and aorthic and para aorthic areas are normal He has gastric problem. And he was covid victim on 2022 cbc was normal platelets was adequate Does he is hiv patient? Since he had sex long back he had only two times 8 years back do he still be a hiv? And his weight was 60-65 from 5 years But he never gone for hiv test
