My feets and legs pain
Hi Dietitian, I love to walk everyday, I don't use vehicle much. And I'm a big foodie love to have sea food and chicken. If I walk a bit longer I feels feet pain feet joints and leg pain. If I stand for few hours in balcony or corridors then also I feels same. I'm 5.8 ft tall and 72kg of weight. Could you please tell me what's the problem do I have to use any calcium medicines or do I need to consult a orthopaedic. Thanks in advance yours feed are very valuable to me.

Your weight is only 2 KGS more. How much sleep u take. Ucan chk vit d levels. May be less protein can also be their

Hi..leg bears the whole weight of the body.. So its common to have pain if u r overweight. Its very good that u love walking..keep going. Also have small frequent meals rather big meals..take water before meals n not after. Do have some good calcium with vit D supplements.

Check your vit D3 levels with cal , Tsh level too. This must be bad eating timings like keeping long gap in between meals with unhealthy food choices. You need a proper plan.
