Good morning sir, Food rich in healthy fats, such as avocado, olive oil, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, various nuts and seeds, eggs and dairy add in diet. Weakness can be a sign of some or the other nutritional deficiency. Do get your blood check up done and include more of water, fruits, vegetables, salads and mixed seeds to your diet for glowing and healthy skin. Avoid fried, fatty and processed foods
