There are certain assumptions we make here since the details provided here is incomplete. Considering your age and possible long exposure to screens (computer/laptop/mobile/television), I would make a "guess-diagnosis" of computer vision syndrome.
Please check your eyes for any need for glasses. Even a small number especially cylindrical error can cause eye strain for a computer user.
Also use a good quality lubricant eye drop. Do consult your ophthalmologist for further course of action.
