Hello Dr 2 days my son was playing in toygun and by mistakes hit me on my left eye inside the eye forcefully. I am not abel to open eye in sunlight and out side and see up it paining a lot wen ever I shake the eyes 👀 . N it's reddish brown color

A photo of the eye would be better, if you are having intolerance to light, it could be uveitis. Better to visit doctor in person or take online consultation for proper treatment. Do not delay treatment for long.
