Heavy Eyes & Pain Behind Eyes.
I always feel heavy eyes just like I woke up now. Pain behind eyes. Pain when I move my eyes left right. When I close my eyes I feel there is something like dust. When I stretch my eyes upside still I feel pain and heaviness. My profession is I.T I use p.c and mobile 6-7hrs in a day. What is the issue?? Taking Aquim PF 4 times a day still has no improvement.

Could be digital vision syndrome. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. consult sos

Pl follow the standard good vision protocol.pl hydrate yourself. Have Balanced Diet. Pl reduce screen time as much as possible. Continue the lubricant eye drops. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

• Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness of eyes. • after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more. Take adequate rest Posture while working should be correct.
