My doc suggest me pleural fluid analysis
Will it be painfull....If yes then will it be mild,Moderate or severe painfull...
I am really fearing of it...Needle will insert through my back...is it really necessary??
I've 400 ml fluid inside my pleural space....

Yes, it is necessary. It is done under local anaesthesia. So not much painful.

Since pleural fluid aspirations are done under local anaesthesia, usually I has minimal pain and it also depends upon the physician who performs the procedure,hope I have answered your question
