Head injuries are a common thing in toddlers. The important things to watch out for after a head injury are- 1. Any loss of consciousness, 2. Any bleeding from ears or nose, 3. Any vomiting. 4. Painful swelling 5. Increase in size of swelling
Next Steps
If your child develops any of the above symptoms then you should visit your Pediatrician immediately. Your doctor may even advise a CT Scan to be done to rule out any intracranial bleeding.
