My body remains too hot without fever
My body remains too hot but have no fever. My palm and soles of feet have burning sensation all the time. All the time I spray water on my body to cool it down. It give me relex for 15 mins but again body getting started hot. I face this for last one month. 4 months before I have diagnosed with iron, vit D Nd vit B12 deficiency. I took 5 injections of B12 each 1000mcg twice in a week. 8 tablets of uprise D3 60k and feronia XT tablets for 2 and 1/2 months. Two months After finishing this medicine I am facing this problem for last one month. So I have started b-29 tablets and uprise D3 60k again from last 15 days but not getting any relief. Please help me 🙏🙏

May be due to increase in hormonal level ,continue T Neurobion forte 1 od x 15 days and avoid excessive anxiety,worries ,over work load etc,increase in liquid suppliments
