Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I have a 2.5 year old baby girl who is suffering from huge pain while doing potty. She has been struggling for the last 5-6 months. Sometimes observed red anal parts out and then it goes in. She cries a lot while doing potty. Being parents, we really get disturbed while looking at her face.
I really need immediate help
Thanks,

Please consult a General Surgeon for a detailed examination. The basic problem of your child is constipation but constipation can cause some problems like anal fissure.
These things don't have an instant remedy (you have mentioned that she has been struggling for 5-6 months).
A Paediatrician can help you select the ideal Laxative for her.
Pediatric hemorrhoids are not very common. If present,it could be due to constipation usually, dehydration or some gastrointestinal/liver disorders .The best way is to consult with a pediatrician or a pediatric surgeon for a clinical examination to be certain if it's really an internal hemorrhoids.
