My 16 month old daughter doesn't eat much.She weighs 9.5 kgs. Recently she developed white spot under her lips. Is it any kind of deficiency?

Thank you for your question, wanted to tell you that at 16 month 9.5 kg is a perfect weight.
These spots can be due to excessive saliva and drooling which is common at this age because of teething.
