My muscles have been twitching nonstop for 4 days now in my leg, arm, neck, and back. My left arm twitches hard every moment and it wakes me up at night.

As dr vikas said to you ..is absolutely correct. ..as well as. .plz after consult to a neurophysiocian ..better consult a sports physjotherapist.   There u will get the long term solutions along with basic supplements and medicine provided by dr.
