It's possible that the pain in your right leg and shoulder/arm could be related, as there are some nerves that run from the lower back down the legs and into the arms. It could be a nerve-related issue, such as a pinched nerve or nerve damage. However, it's difficult to say without a proper examination and diagnosis. I would recommend seeing a doctor or specialist who can assess your condition in person and provide a proper diagnosis. They may recommend further tests, such as imaging or nerve conduction studies, to help determine the cause of your pain. In the meantime, continue with your physiotherapy as recommended by your therapist and try to avoid activities that aggravate your symptoms.
