Muscle tear
Grade 2 suprasspinatus tear about 6mm full thickness and grade 2 laberal tear and I find out some clicking sound from my shoulder

These are the MRI findings. What are your troubles? You need to see an Orthopedic Surgeon. From the looks of the MRI, you may need an Arthroscopy, but that needs to be decided only after examination and understanding the troubles you have from the shoulder.
