Actually I fainted and fell on my back 3 days ago. Because of falling, my neck, right shoulder and right chest are paining mercilessly. I think it's because of my stretched muscles.

Hi. Okay. It's a blunt injury. Take rest. Apply antibiotic ointment if any open wounds are present. Visit a Physiotherapy clinic and get IFT and Ultrasound therapies for 5 days for neck and shoulder. You'll be fine soon.
