I am sure about that whether this problem come under this category or not. I will explain problem in details, please somebody help me with correct directions.
Six months back there was minor neck and back pain due to heavy workload in office and incorrect seating positions so I consultant doctor and he said there no big problem in bones, you can recover this loss by doing some exercises and tablets, hence I was doing yoga and exercises which was keeping away from pain. But after three months due to one big personal problem (marriage related) I was in serious depression which I think ultimately affects my mind (unable to recall old memories and concentration) and body (muscle stiffness and neck pain).
Please assist.

Without increasing your pain, do light walking, spend time out doors. Seek some assistance from support groups , family or friends to cope up with your depression.
