Muscle spasms in stomach
Hi there i m having this muscle spasms kind of pain on right side of my stomach and pain has gradually increased since yesterday no matter i be lying or sitting it's hurting i did had combiflam yesterday to get relief but it didn't help much what do I do as a week ago my family doctor advised me to get renal calculi ultrasound done as 7 years ago i did had kidney stone. The pain is passing on from right side till back it does feel like severe muscle strain within

Do USG whole abdomen again and conform what you have right now .there after consult with doctor.

This is most likely a renal calculi which has passed into the ureter according to the radiating pain you are describing. This can be dealt with easily if the calculi is not that large. Kindly provide proper history of the last episode. Consult for better management.

You should get an Ultrasound done as soon as possible since you have a history of kidney stone. Then only, we can get to a proper diagnosis.
