I have had body pains for many years especially lower back, legs and fatigue. The pain increases with walking or any workout. Please tell me about muscle relaxants regular use which doesn't have much side effects. I am 42 yrs female

You can take any muscle relaxant but not for regular use, can take upto week to ten days
Along with muscle relaxant take tab MITCOQ and Tab Evion LC once daily after breakfast

If you have lower Back Pain which increases on workout or walking it is not a good sign , only taking muscle relaxant will not be sufficient,you need to evaluate further by doing investigation and treatment accordingly
