Muscle relaxant on a daily basis
I have had body pains for many years especially lower back, legs and fatigue. The pain increases with walking or any workout. Please  tell me about muscle relaxants regular use which doesn't have much side effects. I am 42 yrs female

This treatment is being suggested   on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. You can take any muscle relaxant but not for regular use, can take upto week to ten days Along with muscle relaxant take tab MITCOQ and Tab Evion LC  once daily after breakfast

Dear Madam If you have lower  Back Pain which increases on workout or walking it is not a good sign , only taking muscle relaxant will not be sufficient,you need to evaluate further by doing investigation and treatment accordingly
