Muscle pulled and contrac
My muscle gets pulled and they contract constantly in my all over body mostly in arms and sometimes on face. i am facing this problem since 7 months. what could be the problem is it?

get vit D levels checked and get serum electrolytes and calcium levels done. consult an Ortho surgeon.
