Muscle pain past 2 day
Recently i joined a gym and i guess my coach worked me out too much.... My back muscle started to ache too much, and i thought it would be okay in 1-2 days..... But it has been 3+ days and the pain is same..... And suggestions would help Natural diagnose are appreciated....

hi You have muscle spasm due to heavy workout. Take rest for 3-4 days. Then start with stretching exercise for 2 days. Then go for your gym exercise. Do normal gym work for 1 month.
