Hello, go to gym after full hydration about two hours take plenty of liquids.in early FIFTEEN DAYS these are minor problem. dip your legs in hot water in add common salt for ten to fifteen minutes it gives lot of relife. locally apply rhuma oil as light masage. The most likeliest cause for your cramps is dehydration and loss of electrolytes. I would advise you to keep yourself well hydrated and also do some stretching exercises before starting and on finishing your work-outs.
