Hello, go to gym after full hydration about two hours take plenty of liquids.in early FIFTEEN DAYS these are minor problem.
dip your legs in hot water in add common salt for ten to fifteen minutes it gives lot of relife. locally apply rhuma oil as light masage.
Occasionally Take nimprex two times a day after food or as required. Ok.
