Muscle, Gym And Past Injury.
To be specific a spearhead went through my left forearm and also pierced the left bicep almost 1 and a half years ago, Thus I want to get equivalent strength in my left arm, how to do so? I have been hitting the gym and did not experience any major issues so far however i want to know if there are some wraps or supports i should use or precautions i should take to be safe and also avoid muscle imbalances.
