While lifting some weight on Sunday I have not felt any injury but after two days on Wednesday I started feeling severe back pain while walking or bending forward. As per doctor advised I have done xray of back and as per doctor it's normal and they have given me some pain killer with multivitamins and advised rest for 10 days. Any suggestions from anyone? I was also advised of physiotherapy so when to start physiotherapy? Or shall I complete bed rest. Any further diagnosis needed?

Home remedies for muscle injury include applying the RICE principle (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), using arnica oil or topical creams for pain relief, taking warm baths with Epsom salt, practicing gentle stretches and foam rolling, consuming anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and omega-3 rich fatty fish, and getting adequate rest and hydration to promote healing and reduce muscle soreness.
