Currently facing issue with ankle as am unable to walk and currently taking bed rest with pillows under feet. Standing up is causing veins to bulge and not able to put weight on feet for walking/ standing. Please suggest treatment. Earlier swelling of feet is gone now. Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Have you got it looked at by a orthopedician? We need an xray of the ankle to see if there has been any internal injuries.  Its better you get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
