You will require a TT injection if you haven't had it in the last 6 months. The wound looks contaminated so you must clean it thoroughly with an antiseptic and the loose skin that is overlapping the wound needs to be cut and dressed properly. You will require antibiotics since there is contamination of wound, antacids and a painkiller(if required).
