Muscle n body growth
Hi, i m fit n active male. I do excercise 30 mins daily which includes weight lifting upto 10 12 kgs. My problem is not getting enough calories n vital nutrition from food i consume daily. Also feel tired after excercise and throughout a day. Need some good tablets n . Need some doctors suggestions in mumbai for powder or tablet or syrup for muscles gain. My target approx 80 kg with lean muscles.

Hi, Make sure that you include all food groups in your diet. Have 4 to 5 servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat something that is rich in proteins after you work out . You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards
