Hi, i am having painful muscle knots and spasms in neck, shoulders and upperback.
I tried many orthopedics, but no response.
Got physiotherapy done too for 3 months, i have stopped all activities due to this.
And find no solution, i have no injury also

Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must.
