Muscle knots and spasms
Hi, i am having painful muscle knots and spasms in neck, shoulders and upperback. I tried many orthopedics, but no response. Got physiotherapy done too for 3 months, i have stopped all activities due to this. And find no solution, i have no injury also

Posture correction must. Avoid pillow. Use cervical collar

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

May be the pain due to muscle trigger point activities, do myofascial therapy, or dry needling. Postural exercises are helpful Heat fermentations Neck and upper back stretching exercises
