Lower back pain( muscle spasm)
I am having pain in lower back. Yesterday i picked mattress and may be due to this today  i got muscle spasm. Since then i am having difficulty in moving, sitting and even taking sides while sleeping. I am currently breast feeding my child. Can i take painkiller? Which painkiller is safe for me?

This may be due to acute muscle strain in lower back region. Since you are feeding, you can take paracetamol tablet for now.
Next Steps
Also start with hot fomentation, take calcium and vitamin d supplement..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid forward bending,  avoid sitting down..
