Hey! I'm facing a problem of muscle Imbalances from past couple of years but is has only seem to grow even more now and I need help for the same. The upper right half of my body i.e. waist above is more dominant and the muscle group of the left half is smaller as compared to the other. A clear difference in the chest , back , shoulder and biceps can be seen. I need help to deal with my muscle Imbalances

Hello. As per your age you are in an active phase of body changes which occur for adolescents. Are you involved in any active physical activities like gymming, sports ? If you are a right handed person it would be evident that the dominant side would be more well developed.
Next Steps
I suggest you to consult if the problem persists and you notice very gross difference.
