Muscle cramps
Hello..as today is Sunday so no doctor is available and I'm in kind of emergency. im pregnant and in 7th month. in morning when i woke up I had sharp muscle cramps in my calf . tried every home remedy ,providing only temporary and little relief. still not able to walk in home also .. yesterday I was out whole day and had too much walk..had proper food bt with little water.. also hb level is 10 when tested..pls suggest something what can be done so that I can walk little bit..did heating and icing many times .can it be serious..which doc shud I consult? and any medcn in emergency is allowed?
