Hello there,,,,please provide details for the following..
1)your height and weight,your occoupation and mode of transport?
2)was the numbness present when you went to the doctor or has it started now?
3)is the numbness present when you do some movements or it is present even at rest?
4)do you have xray/mri report of your whole spine?if yes please upload it
5)usually calcium,vit d supplementation is continued till 3 months
6)what other medicines are you taking...are you taking vit B12 supplimentation?
7)did you have similar problems before this pain and tingling episode?
