Multivitamins and fishoil
Can i take these supplements on daily basis as i am gym goer and my coach has recommended it to me. Is there any sideeffects for taking it for long term on daily basis? Should i take a break in between?(eg-: 1 month continuation then 1 month break) Kindly help😅

which kind of supplement do uh have, if it is necessary than we will take that supplement otherwise for the use of long term it causes various side effects. like hypercalcimia, protienimea etc consult your dietitian for that

helloooo please do your basic body profile 1st if any deficiency is there you can take regularly. otherwise you can take on weekly basis.
