Yes you can take.
I have not come across any adverse reaction to this supplement.
There are other multi-vitamin tabs like Zincovit, AtoZ which are popularly prescribed.
Usual dose 1 tab daily is good enough.
General advise try and have a better food platter to meet the requirement.

Popping too many supplements can also cause acne.
