Multiple red dots on penis.
I see multiple bumps or red spots while penis is hard and nothing when it is small. I had genital candudiasis for which doctor prescribed medicine and this problem started after taking that medication/ointment.

It seems to be balanitis which can be due to allergy or fungal infection. You can try miconazole application on the affected areas. If not helping kindly consult for better management.
