Multiple enlarge hypo echoic lymph nodes
Done digital sonography of left n right neck... Remarks- multiple enlarge hypo echoic lymph nodes posterior triangles measures on left is 2.0*0.7...It corresponds clinically palpable lump. Prominent lymph nodes of similar morphology seen at level 2&3. Tiny cystic lesion seen in right lobe of thyroid. Further evaluation by FNAC required.

Hi there. This is Dr Satya Kiran ENT Surgeon from Hyderabad. U need very urgent evaluation by FNAC of neck nodes and thyroid. Most likely it would be a thyroid condition with associated lymph nodes. Papillary carcinoma of thyroid has to be ruled out first.
