Multiple Cysts on scrotum
I have multiple cysts like growth on my scrotum one larger than most filled with liquid other small multiple in number..Some cysts when I press secrets white thick liquid . It's been there fir almost 8 to 9 years I m going to marry now .Is there any serious problems. Should I get operated. . No pain is there but if I press the larger one I feel lil discomfort

Its not a cancer, its not a serious problem, its steatatocystoma multiplex, if u feel aesthetic problem, then go for removal of it
