Multiple boils on scrotum
I have multiple pimples like on my scrotum and penis... If kept normal we cannot see it but if we stretch the skin of expand it then we can see multiple pimples like boils on scrotum...please can you help me with it... It's not painful but sometimes itchy... I had removed hair through shaving on the opposite side of the hair growth... After applying normal coconut oil on scrotum and penis the itchiness goes away but I am worried about the multiple small 1mm pimples on scrotum... Please advice Sir and Mam
