Multiple bilateral cervical lymph node
Is cervical lymph node size 14.4 × 8mm normal?? I have no any problems except pain in right side of mouth near wisdom teeth and difficulty in swallowing from right side. is anything serious?? Bulky lingual tonsils and palatine??(cect report and blood report attached)

No, it is not normal. There must be some infection/inflammation source nearby which is causing the lymphnode enlargement. Is there any pain?
