I had undorgone left kidney laser surgery 6 years ago for stone। now again stones formed in my both kidney। RK max size 6.6mm stone(which never caused pain) LK max 4.5mm which is continuously causing lite pain since 2 days। I dont want to undergo any surgery। please prescribe। I also want to know what is should eat and what to avoide। how much water i have to intake। I am in deep disappointment।
