First of all you need to get your thyroid profile investigation done,along with serum vitamin D ,Vit B12 and CBC tests.Reason for tiredness mostly in hypothyroid Patients might be due to inadequate dosage or requirements of dose titration.As females may have lower hb count at your age group, that has to be considered also before starting vitamin therapy.

U can take multivitamin bt firstly u should go through thyroid profile test, CBC, serum electrolytes and calcium with vit-D levels.. And moreover u should monitor ur blood pressure.. Then only we can come to a conclusion..
