Mucus in stools
Am seeing from one week mucus in stools and constipation prblm for 5days now am taking gutclear...i have done colonoscopy in 2019 for repeated motions but it came normal...daily am seeing mucus from one week

Drink plenty of water.3 litres per day High fiber diet. Softovac-sf powder 2 teaspoon at night with warm water everyday. Drink 2 glass of warm water in the morning before going for defecation. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid tea and coffee.
